The hotel was fine, I booked this hotel because the location shown on the map was within walking distance to Getafe. In fact it was 5km away and a 15 euro taxi drive. This is verry poor.

relaxing and nice venue, exceptionally nice location short walk to restaurantes, the banks, restaurantes, shopping, and tour places and the center, enjoyed our stay. had twin room with wake-up service available in it.

The location! On a busy road next to a run down industrial estate with nothing else around, i.e. nowhere to go for a meal or a walk. Although the hotel itself has acceptable standards the location really lets it down. I would not choose to stay here again.

The chicken burger at the cafeteria was a mind-blowing explosion of flavors. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were jaw-droppingly beautiful with a massive bathroom and all the amenities you could ask for. The parking was great and the receptionist made our check-in a VIP experience. Highly recommend the cafeteria and this amazing hotel!

Unbelievable room, stunning bathroom, perfect location. Mind-blowing parking, receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. The rooms are out of this world, like a luxury hotel. The bathroom is massive and super clean, with a jaw-dropping flat-screen TV. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of mouth-watering meals for breakfast and dinner. The bar/cafe has a variety of delicious food at a fantastic price.
